MR. NIVRUTTI P. KEDAR (Managing Director)

The man with a vision and a strong desire is a graduate in Agriculture Sciences, from Maharashtra. Belonging to a farming family, he started his career in agriculture firms, for a short period. Later, he ventured into real estate business in Nashik, and earned an excellent individual reputation, handling a large Business volume. He is also a Board Member in different agriculture based industries. In addition to this, he is working as a Managing Trustee of a NGO named "Gram Samridhi which is working for poor and needy farmers, in and around Nashik District.

MR. TUSHAR BELGAONKAR ( Chief Financial Officer )

Mr. Tushar Belgaonkar is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our Company w.e.f. 18 February, 2023. He holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) with Finance Specialization National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) & B. Com Degree from Mumbai University. Having 31 plus years’ experience in multiple industries viz. Pharma, Mfg. Engg., FMCG, etc. He has primary responsibility for planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of our Company.

Ms. Anita Pagare (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer)

Ms. Anita Pagare is a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of our Company. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India & holds M.B.A. Degree with Finance Specialization from Pune University. She has 6 years of experience in the field of Secretarial Compliance and 3+ years experience in the field of Accounts & Finance. She takes care of overall Secretarial Compliance of our Company.
